Exchange Procedure

· Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
· It will be verified that the exchanged items are in new condition, without any signs of use.
· The original design must not have been modified.
· This policy only applies to online products.
· It does not apply to items on promotion and/or discount.
· The exchange will be made for an item of equal or higher value than the initial piece.
· If the value is higher, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.
· We do not offer cash refunds.

Guarantee Procedure

· The warranty covers only quality/manufacturing damages within 30 days from the date of purchase.
· It will be verified that the pieces are clean, in good condition, and without any modifications.
· The pieces must be complete and include their original accessories.
· The following conditions are not covered by the warranty: damages caused by natural wear and tear, excessive use or washing, abrasion or improper use of the product, and mistreatment such as scratches, scrapes, and alterations caused by chemicals.
· The piece will be inspected to validate the application of the warranty. We will repair any manufacturing defects within 15 business days.

Exchange Procedure

Our Macramé woven pieces are entirely handmade, made to measure, and tailored to the preferences of each customer. For this reason, we do NOT accept exchanges or provide cash refunds for our clothing line.

Guarantee Procedure

30 days from the date of receiving the item, this warranty covers only repairs for quality or manufacturing issues. The piece will be inspected to ensure it is in good condition before being received. The piece will be evaluated to validate the application of the warranty, and any manufacturing defects will be repaired within a period of 20 days.
